Technical Skills: A thorough understanding of the design process, to create user-centered interfaces Ability to create user journeys, task flows, information architecture, prototypes, low & high fidelity wireframes, & mock-ups Create and organize production assets for development or otherwise Experience in working with developers for last mile execution Communicating your design concept & approach to stakeholders both internally & externally Ability to create & propel a strong brand story by working within existing or developed brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand s style, imagery & tone of voice through its visual touchpoints Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; the ability to defend your design Understand the art of storytelling through your work Ability to effectively manage project expectations & internal initiatives on time and on quality Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment Effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously to deliver a consistent and integrated user-experience. Strong problem-solving skills
