Job Title Lead - Software Engineering (Grade 5)

The Purpose of This Role

We are looking for an energetic hands-on associate who can work on Mainframe and Java Webservice Technology. The candidate should have excellent communication associate skills, ability to work across a culturally diverse teams, enjoys coaching, developing high performing teams and has passion for driving engineering excellence. This role requires strong analytical thinking skills, besides an appetite for innovation and development of solutions.. The candidate must be able to understand the existing Mainframe System, code and propose fixes for issues.

• Technical / Behavioral

Mainframe technical skills - Cobol, VSAM, JCL, DB2.

• Should be familiar with tools like Endevor, Control-M, File-Aid, REXX.
• Distributed Skillset RESTFUL Services
• Should have basic knowledge on JAVA
• Demonstrate organization and project management skills and a proven ability to take initiative
• Demonstrate experience working in a collaborative Agile environment
