Job Summary

Vice president,Senior HR Executive,Junior HR Executive,HR IT Recruiters.

Position:Senior Content writer,Junior content writer

As a Technical Recruiter you will perform full cycle recruiting from talent sourcing, interviewing and placing the candidates into new positions at our internal and clients.

  • Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other industry leading recruiting tools and Job
  • boards, to find and attract the very best IT candidates.
  • Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure that their qualifications meet job requirements.
  • Work with recruiting lead/manager to fill contract, temp to hire, and direct hire IT positions with
  • Contribute to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
  • interviewing, reference checking and closing the deal.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire.
  • Utilise applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems to track and monitor
  • progress and activity.
  • Strong sourcing skills (utilising Boolean search logic and online job boards, networking, research)
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
