Job Summary

Job brief:

At Daffodil Health, we re seeking a qualified sales representative with entrepreneurial skills and amazing hustling capabilities to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to achieve forecasted sales goals
  • Run different pilots / experiments and develop strategy to figure out different external partners, with the support of other stakeholders, necessary to build channels to ensure sales growth objectives
  • Performing requirements analysis and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure all teams work in tandem with the overall growth agenda of the business
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Sales domain
  • B2B sales experience is mandatory
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Demonstrable ability to partner and communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
  • Willingness to build a career in the sales domain
  • Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods
  • Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches
  • High energy and enthusiasm
