Job Summary
Job brief:
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to achieve forecasted sales goals
- Run different pilots / experiments and develop strategy to figure out different external partners, with the support of other stakeholders, necessary to build channels to ensure sales growth objectives
- Performing requirements analysis and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and Technology teams to ensure all teams work in tandem with the overall growth agenda of the business
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Sales domain
- B2B sales experience is mandatory
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Demonstrable ability to partner and communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- Willingness to build a career in the sales domain
- Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches
- High energy and enthusiasm
