Job Summary

Role Summary:

Manager B2C and Digital Marketing is to focus on business from individuals who are interested to undertake CPL/type rating/Cadet program. The incumbent is responsible to maintain thorough engagement with the individuals and ensure FSTC capabilities & training expertise are well projected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative development of promotional online materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and support mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behaviour
  • Ensure a delightful experience for new trainees for CPL/Type Rating training through a smooth On-boarding process
  • Drive strategic campaign development as well as manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables, using insights and customer intelligence to execute end-to-end campaigns
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Assist in or produce feasibility studies/business plans for new product/service development
  • Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Provides in-depth information to interested individuals about company s services, infrastructure, courses offered 10258 and regulations
  • Schedule regular visit to schools and other institutes to project advantages of choosing pilot as a career option
  • Generate Walk-ins to the centre and convert them into the business. Ensure that periodic sales targets are met
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure all teams are informed of up-coming activity.

Requirement and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree from a reputed institute, Having a MBA will be an advantage
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Digital marketing and social media skills, prior experience of Digital Marketing with an advertising agency will be an advantage
  • Project Management
  • Proposal writing and negotiation
  • Effective interpersonal, networking and entrepreneurship skills
  • Able to thrive in high pressure work environments
  • Good team player
  • Attention to detail

Remuneration: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate to qualification, educational background and experience.
