About the team

We fulfill customer wishes by striving to dispatch customer orders within the stipulated time and hence contribute to timely delivery. The FC central team strives to optimize supply chain operations while scaling up to the business needs, maintaining the speed, reliability and cost metrics within the defined targets while continuously improving the metrics.

What youll do:

  • Prepare Plan Vs Actual Dashboard of manpower hiring and work in close coordination with various stakeholders, FC Ops Team, regional and central HR Teams to ensure Plan Vs Actual gap is bridged on priority to ensure no impact on capacities
  • Develop a model to forecast the plan vs actual capacities based on daily hiring plan and daily hiring actual and the function wise learning curve.
  • Deep dive into the reasons of bottlenecks and work to resolve them along with stake holders before it escalates into a big problem.
  • Drive implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for thewarehouses
  • Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business Process Innovation.
  • Drive process excellence in operations for reliability, cost reduction and growth enablement, through identification and monitoring of projects to solve operational inefficiencies.

What youll need:

  • Audacious, Bias for Action and Customer Centric (ABC) values of Flipkart.
  • MBA/BE with 5+ years of expereince
  • Design thinking resourcefulness to ensure challenges are resolved, alternative approaches are analysed.
  • Excellent analytical and data representation skills.
  • Hands-on working style ability to run pilots, understand ground issues with implementation and scale up.
  • Thoroughness in working style to ensure key aspects are covered and depth of understanding to ensure clear progress on initiatives and projects
  • Good Team player
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
