Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking out for Non IT Recruiter / Sr Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and screening the candidates from junior level to senior level positions with the help of online portals like Naukri.com, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn etc.

Job Description:

  • Overall 1 year to 3 years experience in Non-It Recruitment
  • End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
  • Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
  • Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
  • Screening, Shortlist resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, and Follow-up.
  • Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
  • Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
  • Evaluating the candidates skills Confidence level and Presentation.
  • Responsible for handling walk-In interviews.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly Targets.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Candidates who can join immediately or maximum within 15 days.

Job Details:

  • Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (20 Openings)
  • Shift Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)
  • Weekly Working Days: 05 Days
  • Off Days: SUN, SAT (* Note: Alternate Saturdays Working)

Salary & Compensation:

  • Salary Offered: 2.5 Lac to 3.0 Lac (annually),
  • EPF & ESIC,
  • Incentives provided,
  • Mobile Reimbursements: Will be given a company SIM card.

Selection criteria:

  • Education: Graduation degree mandatory
  • Experience: 1 year to 3 years of experience as Human Resource (HR) mandatory, Experience in Job portal (Naukri/Shine/Monster any), Experience in E2E recruitment life cycle (Sourcing, Scheduling, follow-up, Selection, Joining), and 1+ years of experience in NON IT recruitment. Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / RPO preferred.
  • Age: 20 - 30 years mandatory.
  • Communication: Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write, and Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
  • Skills: Recruitment, Good Experience in recruitment / staffing, Worked on any job portals - Naukri, Times, Monster, Shine, Indeed, etc.

Immediate or max 15 days of notice period.


Minimum qualification requirement

Required - skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Bengaluru, Karnataka

Required - Good command over Good English And Hindi
