Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing End User configuration and security policy using SCCM, InTunes and JAMF
  • Document, test and manage all policy
  • Develop detailed document and training manual for troubleshooting issues.
  • Responsible for configuration management items to feed into central Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Produce reports for asset and configuration management to present at different levels Team, Delivery and Executive

Desired/Preferred Skills:

  • Good knowledge in managing SCCM (MECM), Intune and Jamf MDM infrastructure
  • Good understanding of Azure AD, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS
  • Hands on Experience on CoManagement of devices with SCCM (MECM)
  • Experienced with enabling and implementing IBCM or Cloud Management gateway to effectively manage internet based clients
  • Implementing and Configuring Autopilot Services
  • Create and maintain operating system images, perform operating system upgrades and software patching
  • Create and deploy ENDPOINT security policy's with Intune and Jamf
  • Deployment and maintenance of ENDPOINT applications
  • Provide continuous improvement of the end user experience
  • Document, maintain and improve standard operation procedures (SOPs) and processes regarding ENDPOINT management
  • Windows Server management experience preferred

Qualification :
  • Sc , BE , Graduate
  • ITIL v3\v4 certification
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
