Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We nd incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will contribute significantly to our revenue in the next 12 months.

As our B2B Partnerships Manager, you ll help us identify, onboard, and build partnerships with trending brands, products, distributors, and partners.

This role is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years of experience with B2B partnerships/sales and relationship management. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. You ll be the pioneer of B2B partnerships at Fresh Prints. With time, the role will develop into a higher-level role and you ll be given the space to lead a B2B partnerships team.

We re looking for someone who is willing to take ownership of projects, is super attentive to details, is proactive, and can stay calm under pressure. The ideal candidate should love taking on new challenges.

Needless to say, you ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. You ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a big impact.

Description of the Role

• Be the driver of B2B partnerships - Identify and onboard new partners, brands, products & distributors
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Work closely with marketing, acquisition, and ops teams to execute partnership deliverables
• Prepare presentations for partnership pitches
• Maintain and develop relationships with a network of diverse partners
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Develop quarterly plans for partnerships that bolster the company's core strategic goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with B2B Partnerships/Sales or similar profiles.
• Fantastic personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

• 16,000 USD+ (per annum)

Details

• This is a WFH role, could be based in India or the Philippines. Candidates from other countries may be considered
• Hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
