Key Accounts Manager (optional Wfh) Job in Fresh Prints

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with key account management
• Fantastic personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Description of the Role:

• Ideate on different value props, audiences, and pitches to onboard new key accounts that are likely to turn into long-lasting relationships
• Develop channels to reach new key audiences
• Run A/B experiments to refine the effectiveness of the pitches
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Identify and service potential key accounts that are already customers and aren't being used to their full potential
• Work with the marketing and sales team to create long-term value for the company.
