Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, Software Support Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will work collaboratively with India development team, North America development team, and various business and customer stakeholders.


You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project tickets, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include managing ticketing system, preparing status reports, See to it that we are meeting Project and Customer SLA s .

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in managing ticketing systems and the ability to communicate with Team Members of status of the tickets and Bugs

Job description

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with their assigned tickets , deadlines, and schedules.
  • Interpret requirements, design/spec solution, and program/implement/code the solution (code and system)
  • Debug defect reports
  • Use case management/ticketing system for tracking inbound work until resolution
  • Support, enforce, comply with the company and Technology department operational, security, and compliance policies and procedures
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Facilitating Ticket requests and assigning it to the team members.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful tickets elements.
  • Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to code in .Net or Python
  • A disciplined approach to development, documentation, and code structure
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
  • MUST HAVE: Knowledge of How Jira works , One of .Net or Python
  • NICE TO HAVE: JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, MySQL, Linux, Docker, Azure
