Job Summary

The roles and responsibilities will include: Meet and exceed sales targets. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with corporates. Identifying key players in the IT industry via extensive market research in accordance with the business strategy. Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution. Developing a huge number of networks with the Enterprise and Start-up accounts using LinkedIn as the main tool and building networks in other ways. Playing a role in reaching a milestone of 300+ placements for the sales team. Key Skills: Knowledge of Business development and CRM systems. Self-starter, ability to own and report on individuals' sales forecasts. Creative in finding sources for lead generation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
