Job Summary

Sample responsibilities for this position include:

Daily interaction with and use of the firm's proprietary systems and databases external systems including Advent APX, Bloomberg and Charles RiverAssist team members with the performance of their operations dutiesNews Coordinator role attend nightly news show (Golf Central) pre-production meeting, gather and transcribe info for the localization team, work the broadcast from the audio room during the voice-over sessionContribute to the production of seasonal in-studio Japanese Golf Central Special shows, Live From productions and LPGA enhancement broadcastsAttend programming, localization team and commentary staff meetingsDaily interaction with and use of the firm's proprietary systems and databases external systemsAssist with general art handling and registrarial tasksSupport Creative Operations team members by reviewing Campaign Briefs or flats and CPMSSupport the Investment Division Derivative portfolio Management Teams in the oversight of Investment processes and data validationWork with internal developers on database transitions and data sources verification (accuracy/mapping )
