Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department s daily activities.


HR Intern Responsibilities -


  • Organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures,providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
  • Initiate and drive successful execution of various people engagement activities
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • An outstanding HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.


HR Intern Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

Effective communication skills.

Strong People Skills

Proven experience working in an office environment.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office/Google Docs/Sheets applications.

The ability to work as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented.
