Post: HR Trainee

A successful sourcer will collaborate with managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future sourcing needs. You should also be able to attract candidates/consultants/vendors using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Our ideal sourcing associate holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the sourcing associate are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees/consultants, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Post requirements on social media
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates/consultants in advance of need.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates/consultants by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates/consultants for open requirements
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Prerequisites:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, still a team player
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Compensation:
