Consultant Forestry Job in Futurebridge

Role Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in Custom Research & Advisory (Forestry and Natural Resource) team at FutureBridge with prime responsibility to manage the complete project life cycle for custom market research studies
• Build / write proposals (gather requirement during client briefing, formulation of winning research solutions for client s business problems, designing of commercial framework, effective presentation of solution and offer, etc.) with minimum support from senior team members
• Actively participate in tasks related to business development with or without the support from senior colleagues; clearly articulate research and advisory services to client and engage them with thought leadership; drive marketing outreach programs; initiate and develop industry / capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc. to support business development
• Accountable for handling all client communication including client query with respect to a specific study kick off calls, deliverable presentation, feedback calls, etc.
• Take lead to build / develop / train / mentor a team of consultants and research specialists specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in forestry domain. Ensure nurture of talent and recruit team members as and when required.
• Strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science [B.Sc], Master of Science [M.Sc] Forestry/agriculture/related fieldsor B.E Chemical/ Polymer/ Material Engineering, + preferably MBA (marketing / operations)
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in customer research or consulting type of engagements
• Rich experience in terms of end-to-end management of techno-commercial custom research or consulting engagements. Up to date with recent industry happening and challenge areas for Forestry and Natural Resource industry, as well as aware of latest trends like sustainability, bio-materials, carbon neutrality, resource optimization, circular economy and digitization, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting and Business Writing
• Strong analytical mindset and with strong technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for the client
• Past and current experience in handling team of qualified professionals
