Job Summary
- Design, develop, maintain engaging, and interactive instructional content to train internal and external customers in using our products and services
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience s training needs
- Set instructional end goals (learning objectives) and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Analyse and apply trends, adult learning principles, assessment design techniques and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
- Design and develop practise exercises and assessments that enhance the learning process and evaluate learner s mastery over the topics learnt
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
