About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can craft engaging, intuitive, and data-driven gaming experiences. You will define our design vision, work closely with players, product managers, and engineers, and lead the UX/UI design of our casual games portfolio. With a focus on player engagement, delightful design, and data-driven decision-making, your role will be instrumental in shaping our gaming ecosystem and product experience. Key Responsibilities: User-Centered Design & Research Conduct user research, player interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior, needs, and challenges. Translate insights into intuitive, high-quality UX/UI designs that enhance player retention and engagement. Champion player-first thinking by deeply understanding our users and their gaming experiences. Design Strategy & Execution Define and evolve design ambitions, standards, and guidelines aligned with global trends in technology and interaction design. Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products. Own the end-to-end design of user experiences across apps, web, and support platforms. Create simple, elegant, and visually engaging user interfaces that drive usability and retention. Collaboration & Impact Work closely with product managers, game designers, and engineers to bring concepts to life. Manage external freelancers, interns, and creative partners to deliver high-quality design solutions. Co-own critical product and customer experience metrics, measuring the impact of design improvements. What You Bring to the Table: Education & Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 5-8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or Service Designer. Design Expertise Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design breadth and depth, including design processes. Experience in designing multi-platform experiences across mobile, web, and gaming interfaces. Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc. Understanding of Material Design, Interaction Design, Motion Design, and Visual Storytelling. Analytical & Product Thinking Experience working with data-driven design decisions, leveraging user insights and A/B testing. Ability to define and improve key design and product performance metrics.
