Sr Director, Digital Product Management Job in Gartner Inc

12-15 years experience working as a digital product manager, ideally working on large-scale products with 6-10 years experience directly managing product managers

Ideally you have digital product management experience both at startups and enterprise software/product companies with a strong product mindset

Ideally you have a background in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) or Cybersecurity related products or have worked on a GRC/TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)/Cyber products in the past

MBA/equivalent degree or management consulting experience at a top tier firm, is a plus

You have an eye for what a good technology product and a great user experience looks like

Track record of solving difficult problems with business leaders across BUs and leading to measurable results with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions

Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills

Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
