Job Overview:
Lead projects and few (1-2) smaller engagements and take end to end accountability for the same.
Design and execute research projects based on research brief provided.
Evaluate survey data to draw detailed analysis and insights. Provide the story not just the data.
Responsibilities:
90% of Time Quantitative research
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate research methods based on business requirement.
Questionnaire designing and survey programming on platform.
Partnering with agencies and monitor all operational aspects of the project.
Analyzing data, report writing and presenting the results to clients
Apply statistical techniques where appropriate to enhance the analysis output.
Create a story out of the insights which come out of data, rather than just charting the quant results.
Develop proficiency in using third party research platforms like Qualtrics.

Education:
Minimum Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Marketing / Market Research
Required Professional Certifications: Master In Business Administration
Preferred Professional Certifications: Master In Business Administration
Experience:
Minimum years of related experience required: 2 years
Preferred years of related experience: 4-5 years
Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed:
Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods like Concept test, product test, brand tracking, Ad testing etc.
Data interpretation (both quantitative & qualitative)
Exceptional analytical, organizational/prioritization and communications skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple clients and businesses together
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem solving skill
