Roles and Responsibilities

1.Sales coordination, between plant and customer, to ensure timely servicing to customer by timely and correctly supplying parts against schedule

2. handling customer satisfaction by quality, delivery and proper coordination

3. timely scheduling to plant and coordinating for same with plant for compliance

4. Interaction with customer for timely cash revenue return and schedule

Principal Accountability:

Planning;
1.Monthly customer schedule
2.Per day dispatch analysis with customer schedule
3.To Identify customer needs & requirement
Customer Handling;
1.Communicate customer demand & requirement
2.Payment Follow ups
3.Communicate Customer problem
Product Distribution;
1.Logistic handling
2.Maintain and update customer dispatch & delivery database
3.Delivery Follow ups
4.Handling machining vendors to meet customer scm line
Development
1.Business promotion for new R.F.Q
2.Follow up for new developments
3.Regular customer visit
