We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant IT Process Automation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead team of automation engineers working on development of process automation
• Responsible for implementing automation solution using Ayehu NG, powershell, Dot Net for customers on Windows 10, Windows Server, Linux environment
• Drive technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and responsible for driving customer implementation projects related to automation
• Responsible for providing insights from incident/request ticket from service-now/remedy and identifying automation opportunity
• Drive discussions on automation opportunity, business requirement with business operations and customers
• Demonstrate expertise in building and mentoring technical teams
• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
• Hire and Mentor team of robust automation developers
• Give demonstrations to customers when required and coordinate with customers during UAT environment
• Support users and team members post rollout and rollout changes to Production

• Position requires expertise in Automation script development
• Should have hands on experience on any of the IT Process Automation/Orchestration platform like Ayehu, MS System Center Orchestration, etc
• Experience with administering Windows2008/2012 above & Linux servers.
• Must have good Scripting or programming experience in PowerShell(Windows) preferable/ Shell script(Linux)/ VBScript/ Java Script
• Knowledge about applications like System Center Orchestrator, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL/Oracle, IIS, Auto IT, SCCM, SCOM will be an advantage
• Experience is handling integration using API
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must demonstrate flexibility with client and meet fast paced deadlines
• Ability to run extra mile to deliver projects on demand
• Ability to prioritize and lead time efficiently

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Development of windows app using Dot Net and C#, understanding of WCF will be added advantage. Information Technology /Server Administration experience with Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent IT tertiary qualification.
