Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Procure to Pay
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Team of 30 to 40 members! You will also be responsible for motivation level and retention of manpower! You will be encouraged to manage assessment and development of team members.

Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery as per agreed Contractual SLAs.
  • Process Innovations.
  • Be responsible for the Process Activities and Team and work with the Tower Leads for faster resolutions.
  • Raise all unsolved/unclear issues to Tower Leads.
  • Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within & outside the organization.
  • Resolve items require referral to supervisor or others.
  • Collaborate with internal team for supervising and solving raised issues.
  • Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop measure to efficient manage knowledge within the team (e.g. PTP Cross Training program).

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
  • Prior experience of managing larger teams.
  • Professional experience in PTP/AP activities in SSC environment.
  • Degree in Finance / Accounting/ Business Management.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Able to communicate and present to partners at all management levels.
  • Adept time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to cope with ambiguity and actively look for solutions.
  • Must be a phenomenal teammate and also be able to work independently.
  • Internal customer (local markets) service delivery approach.

Preferred qualifications

  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is helpful.
  • Proficient in using SAP or any other ERP software.
  • Possess influencing skills and ability to strategize and execute sophisticated initiatives.
  • Able to coordinate and plan effectively, drive for results.
  • Accustomed to take care of tight deadlines and work under pressure within Global Public Companies environments.

Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent
