Shift Incharge Job in Gepil

1. To Execute Shift production plan in coordination with supervisor as per guidelines.
2.Ensure unloading of raw material, storage, production process and Loading of finished product in Trucks is as per predefined SOP.
3.Review Age wise Stock Position of Raw Waste and coordinate with LAB for preparation of Production recipe ensuring consumption of Raw Stock on FIFO Basis
4.Review daily planned v/s actual production shift report and take corrective actions.
5.Ensure operator checks compatibility before transfer of material from drum to breaking and in pit and document the same
6.Review maintenance report and ensure motors, sieve, JCB and fork lift, compactors, gas analyzers, hooters, gauge meters, fire extinguishers, and machine are in working conditions and coordinate with maintenance for proactive maintenance ensuring zero break down.
7.Direct supervisors at all points for smooth operations, dispatch of finished products and storage of Drums and Bags.
8.Ensure physical stock taking of Raw and Finished Product on monthly basis and its 100% matching with SAP data.
9.Hand over charge to next Shift in charge and production report to the Production Manager after completion of the Shift.
10. Timely Coordinate with Store, maintenance, Lab, EHS, Logistics & HR/Admin.
