Shift Supervisor Job in Gepil

1.Execute shift production plan in coordination with shift in-charge as per guidelines .
2.Ensure availability of raw material at breaking area/day storage area in drums and bags.
3.Ensure operator checks compatibility before transfer of material from drum/bag to breaking area and document the same
4.Review maintenance report and ensure JCB, fork lift, gas analyzers, fire extinguishers, and machine are in working conditions and coordinate with maintenance for proactive maintenance ensuring zero break down.
5.Direct/facilitate operators at all points for smooth operations and ensure providing intermediate raw material to operational pit (Manual and mechanized).
6.Ensure physical stock taking of Raw material on daily basis.
7.Hand over charge to next shift supervisor and production report to the shift in-charge after completion of the Shift.
