Job Summary
Run all HR Operations and ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR processes. Keep overall control of the human resource function comprising ofOn Boarding Process, Payroll Management, Separation Responsible for preparing or updating employee master related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Execute thepayrollon SAP ensuring compliance and data integrity. Employee Benefits - maintaining leave records, Leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement. To ensure the organisation s compensation and benefits packages comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as minimum salaries and tax liabilities. Implement and manage employee insurance program in co-ordination with third party service provider. Responsible for maintaining data integrity in the HRIS system for benefits information. Monitor key HR metrics for MIS reporting that includes various weekly, monthly reports. To liaise & manage third-party HR vendors such as labour consultants to ensure timely compliance. End to end management of HR Statutory Compliance PF, ESIC Challan Preparation and UAN, IP Generation, Help in Final Payment through Portal, TIC, Medical Card, KYC, Missing Details Updating. Handling PF withdrawal, Transfer, Advance, Death Case, Pension Claims. (Online and Offline) Support medical benefit ailment under ESIC. To manage the Compliances Audits. Liaise with the PF, PT, ESIC government authority and labour consultant, Legal Compliances CLRA Act, PF, Gratuity, PT, MLWF, Bonus. Resolving employee grievances in a prompt manner and develop faith in employees towards the management. Addressing employee queries regarding PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Payroll, Attendance, HR Policies, Leave Details, Timesheets etc.
