Job Summary

What You ll Do

  • Sales Deal Review: Analyze sales deals to ensure commission calculations align with company policies.

  • Commission Calculation: Accurately compute commissions based on the company s compensation plans, ensuring timely and correct payouts.

  • Commission Plan Management: Assist in managing and maintaining various sales commission plans to ensure proper implementation.

  • General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation: Oversee and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial data. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards is advantageous.

  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve commission-related discrepancies, collaborating closely with finance and sales teams.

  • Audit Support: Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits related to commissions.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret commission data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of commission processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions.

What You ve Done

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation, commissions, or finance roles.

  • Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in commission calculations and financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with software tools like Exactly and ERP accounting systems is preferred.

  • Familiarity with commission tracking software or related systems is advantageous.
