Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existingcustomers to inform them about a product or service

Answer questions about productsor the company

Ask questions to understandcustomer requirements and close sales

Take and process orders in anaccurate manner

Handle grievances to preservethe companys reputation

Go the extra mile to meetsales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements:

Ability to learn about productsand services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Diploma or graduates will be aplus. Freshers and experienced both are welcomed
