What Will Help You Succeed
Experience in deploying agile methodologies at scale in many types of organizations.Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.Developing and growing business with new and existing accounts in a deliberate and strategic manner.Ability to view organizations systemically.Previous experience acting as an Agile Coach across large initiatives.Scrum Master with 2+ years of experience with Scrum.Experience as individual contributor in a KANBAN team.Experience in adopting practices in several teams.Experience in using metrics to improve product development effectiveness.Experience being part of an scaled agile environment.
You Will Get The Chance To
Work with product owners and customers to facilitate product development proficiency.Mentor Agile product leaders and coaches.Work with management and team leaders to institute Agile frameworks and competencies.Lead the evolution of new Agile practices.
