Description
We're hiring for Agile Coach/ Program Manager (Banking) for Multiple Locations in India.
No of Position : 20
Role & Responsibilties:
- To plan and supervise activities for multiple, large-scale projects and set and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas are engaged on the project.
- To initiate and lead project planning activities, such as, Scope Definition and Management, Stakeholder Identification and matrix Human Resource Management, Risk & Issues Management, CommunicationManagement, etc.
- To create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring as well as to control, track and report on project performance.
- To conduct regular team status meetings, execute and update management plans as necessary.
- To resolve and document issues.
- To coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies and build and execute on comprehensive training plans to ensure support groupreadiness for implementation.
- To coordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc.
- To conduct, document, and communicate lessons learned IN ORDER TO promote continuous improvement.
- Skills - Program Management, Analytical Skill, Banking Domain Experience, Communication and Leadership
Skill & Experience:
- 11+ years project program management experience with focus on delivering cross-functional programs and projects with Java background.
- Must be an exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs in a timely manner.
- Experience working in an agile software development environment, delivering to a strategy via incremental releases with a blend of business and technical knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to convey appropriate level of information concisely given subject and audience.
- Communicate equally well with technical and non-technical personnel.
Must have experience in release planning, iteration planning, estimation. - Must have agile/ Scrum expertise, able to mentor, teach and implement into existing teams.
Experience working with Continuous integration tools preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on key program objectives and under responsibility.
