Job Summary
- 3+ years experience in sales support, deal registration, regional partner/channel programs, channel operations, deal desk or related sales role(s)
- Excellent English language skills
- Deep knowledge of channel/partner sales and account management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS, B2B environment.
- Full understanding of the sales process deal registration at a software or services company
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (ie. SFDC)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving and dispute-resolution abilities.
