Purpose:
Create confidence to the customer that their search for right software solution ends with GOFRUGAL by showing quality product demo to prospects assigned by the Online Business Development Officers(s). Make the customers feel welcome and assured, understand the value and appreciate the benefits to maximize commercial value for our solutions. Customer not only chooses GOFRUGAL as the best in class solution for their business, and also refer us to their friends and relatives.
Goals & Deliverables :
- Responsible for 60 lacs to 1 crore revenue per year from the assigned territory and to earn incentive each and every month
- Joint work with Online Business Development Officer (OSO) to help them generate quality prospects to keep you productive with demo and orders. You know when the pipeline is weak, you need to do cold calls and generate prospect
- Make every prospect experience the product and thus continuously improving the number of apps / applications experienced per prospect on a month on month basis
- Show minimum 3-5 quality demos per day to customers, ensure customers value the benefits GOFRUGAL is offering, sell our solutions and achieve your target. Most importantly, get feedback from customers and improve the demo quality which helps you to increase demo to order ratio
- Grow the market by doing joint work with partners and help them to plan and execute to earn
- Ensure team members generate quality prospects consistently by qualifying pull leads to maximize revenue and to lower costs. Each team member should be skilled enough to meet or exceed the established metrics of prospecting Lead to Prospect, Prospect to Demo and Demo to Order ratio
- You understand the current market, customer base, competition and ensure consistent growth of new business within the assigned territories and grow the territory on the collection and customer addition month on month
As a Online Business Consultant :
- You need to have hunter mentality looking for opportunities to sell and maximize company revenue all the time for your territory. You are expected to have strong negotiation skills and closure of the business deals & increase profitably to GOFRUGAL
- You will have to gain trust and respect of the team & lead by example by doing joint work till the team member is skilled to perform the job independently. You can start your day by understanding "what can I do to help my team reach their potential today ?" Provide continuos, qualitative, measurable feedback thus motivating & appreciating them
- Collaborate with the RSMs and partners in the field to ensure online sales work part of the overall sales organization & achieve what is planned
- You should be able to understand the nuances of customer decision making to increase win rates and for faster order closure. Need to show empathy and ability to understand customer needs and sells the benefit not product/company as the outcome of selling is the value or results they can experience rather than the features & thus managing their relationship and accounts effectively
- You value time of yours, other team members and customers, love to plan your tasks for the next day session wise, measure your plan vs achievement each session and day wise and honestly share your experience, feedback, challenges, learning and emotions for the day in your daily report. You love sharing your success and your learning not only with the area / regional team you work with but also with others as appropriate
- You need to establish trust in relationship with customer and gain the respect of the customer by providing the right solutioning based on the customer need and also ensuring the implementation delivers on the promise made during sales. You will be the go-to person understand his needs, addressing his unhappiness on a timely manner, keeping him happier thus accelerating business through references
- You need to collaborate with product / solution consultants, partners and product managers to communicate new market opportunities, changing customer needs to ensure our product evolution is aligned to market and customer needs
- You should have the flexibility to handle different levels and categories of customers
- You will participate in hackathons on regular basis to accelerate progress on key initiatives and priorities and to build bonding within the team
- You will have to continuously grow the plan size inline with the mutually agreed growth targets for the business. Demonstrate month on month improvement on the plan vs achievement percentage using weekly and monthly MIS reporting and reviews with your manager and the management
