Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Development
  • Create target prospect list from various sources online and offline
  • Keep the list clean and current
  • Research and develop insights into prospect list
  • Use email, social media and cold calling techniques to effectively reach out to decision makers
  • Develop right pitch and content to drive home company's value proposition during prospect interaction
  • Create ideal customer profile (ICF) using inputs from Sales Managers and personal research
  • Qualify prospects on various criteria and make them sale ready
  • Develop qualification criteria to continuously improve qualification process
  • Coordinate with sales managers to better qualify and develop convertible leads
  • Inbound Sales Development
  • Connecting prospects within stipulated time of their registration/request
  • Determine the right questions to ask to qualify prospects
  • Segregate prospects based on their size, interest, budget, authority, maturity, timeline and pain points
  • Do research and develop insight before connecting with the prospect
  • Sales Cycle
  • Develop knowledge on the product and company to better tackle customer queries
  • Handle objection / rejection during the qualification call with aplomb and develop right response to the above with team input
  • Update the CRM regularly to keep data update and clean
  • Handover MQL to Sales team with complete information and inputs to prevent duplication of work
  • Design and create excellent email template for regular interaction with prospects
  • Coordinate with sales team to determine the right quota of leads to achieve team target

General Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the field of lead generation
  • Men or Women
  • Knows Hindi, English and local language
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing skills
  • Preferably from competitors
  • Knowledge of some CRM/Lead Gen tools
  • Build and clean target lists continuously
