Job Summary
- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications
- Should be able to coordinate with business, understand requirements and work on job specifications
- Sourcing resumes from various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
- Publishing job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position
- Follow up with candidates on offer acceptance and joining
