Job Summary Secondary Research
  • Interaction with existing partners and client stakeholders to establish objective
  • Secondary research on existing programs of similar nature to understand servicesoffered, best practices and models of implementation/ financial sustainability etc.
  • Primary research on existing programs of similar nature to review aspects such as partnerships, existing practices, implementation models, sustainability aspects etc.
  • Benchmarking process of the similar kind of program to recommend the best practices, methodology, and approach.
  • Secondary research and context analysis to draw out the relevant areas for the study design
Study/ Survey Tool Design
  • Interaction with client stakeholders to establish objective of the study
  • Design stakeholder map and data collection methodology for the study
  • Study the log frame and theory of change to identify the outcomes and impacts as well as corresponding indicators.
  • Develop baseline metrics to measure key outcomes and impacts.
  • Create stakeholder maps for impact study
  • Develop the design for mid-line/ end-line/ controlled group evaluations as necessitated by the methodology of the study
  • Developing questionnaires in line with the designed metrics for the collection of primary data
  • Arriving at the appropriate sample size to cover stakeholders as per the stakeholder map and mapping the appropriate tool for evaluation. Some understanding of India s geography and complexity of site and situation to be able to determine nature of study and participatory frameworks for Impact Assessment would be a plus.
  • Collaborate with local partners / stakeholders and necessary permissions required for conducting the study
Data Collection
  • Overseeing survey execution (telephonic/ physical) progress as necessitated by the program
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and execute FGDs as necessitated by the study inconjunction with the stakeholders
  • Field visits to verify / substantiate the findings from the stakeholder interactions
Data Analysis, Report development and Recommendations
  • Analyze, model and interpret data to draw inferences of the study using statistical analysis tools. Evaluating and drafting report concerning data findings
  • Collation of supporting documents used for the study and research
  • Executive summary preparation as a PowerPoint presentation for leadership team
  • Developing a work plan for implementation of services in consultation with Partners based on the findings
  • Developing a Theory of Change and Log Framework showcasing ecosystem of services and stakeholders.
  • Designing a Theory of Change/ LFA in terms of achieving the program input/ activity, output, outcome, and impact
  • Mapping inferences from the research for the creation of Success Framework
  • Determine program Budget according to potential activities as per partnerships
  • Creating a budget / revenue model related to each activity
