Job Summary Introduction to the RoleGoodera s Enterprise business unit, developing and delivering our corporate sustainability and socialresponsibility solutions to global and local clients, including Fortune 500 companies, has a new openingfor Survey Enumerators.This role is part of our Impact team which undertakes CSR program assessments such as baseline-midline-end line assessment, along with impact assessments, needs assessments and feasibility studiesto name a few.The role will require you to be available for on-field visits to the program locations in West Bengal to collectbeneficiary level data by administering survey questionnaires.The role will report to the Head of the Impact Team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Survey Enumerator is responsible for conducting the socio-economic surveys (in-person on fieldsurveys) with the help of hand-held devices / laptops and blueprint consisting of survey questionnairesdesigned for the various stakeholders of the CSR projects.
  • Pre-Enumeration
  • Attend enumerators training sessions
  • Receive enumeration forms / questionnaires and tracker from Assessment Manager. Translate into local language if required.
  • Develop an enumeration schedule / itinerary and finalize that with the Assessment Manager
    • During Enumeration on the field
  • Conduct interviews with respondents on field
  • Record responses as instructed and update the tracker
  • Comply with all the requirements necessary for conducting a successful interview as informed to you by the Assessment Manager
    • Post-Enumeration
  • Ensure that all the designated surveys are undertaken
  • Ensure that all questionnaires are accounted for
  • Ensure all the data collected on the field is submitted on the cloud application
