• Gain a profound knowledge of products to translate complex product information into concise, easy to understand, and error-free content
• Creating and editing various documents as per Greytip's documentation guidelines
• Fluency in the English language, documentation styles, and conventions, with the capability to master technical concepts and comprehend them thoughtfully for the target audience
• Follow existing internal processes and propose value-added processes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for writing tasks, creation, editing and publishing of printed or electronic end-user documentation.
• Write all types of user documentation, such as Product Updates, Knowledge Base articles, Answer Bot articles, and any writing tasks related to our Product Documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to work collaboratively with others in the creation, editing, and reviewing large or complex documents
• Must be a good team player and comfortable working independently
• Capable of shuffling & balancing multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Confluence, Zendesk, Beamer, and SnagIT
• Familiarity with software documentation processes, such as DDLC
• Familiarity with software development processes, such as agile and scrum methodologies
• Experience with style guides such as the Microsoft Writing Style Guide
• Technical Writing certification is absolutely an add-on
