Job Summary About the role:As a brand manager in the marketing team, this individual will be taking complete ownership of the brand and providing a strategic direction for the way ahead. This person needs to help build perspective and develop solutions for creating brand equity and love. Someone who can be the voice of the consumer and can manage the chaos and hustle to oversee all the jobs at hand independently.
What you will do everyday:
  • Key custodian of Grofers Brand Equity & responsible for building the same across all touch points
  • Develop and execute brand development strategies for the mother brand; including positioning, proposition development, key sale events, big bet projects and digital brand activations across key geographies
  • Support the customer acquisition, digital marketing and CLM teams in developing integrated strategies and campaigns across TV, Print, Digital, Social, Radio, OOH, on-app and new-age technology channels to drive brand metrics and user growth
  • Measure Brand Health Tracks to identify and prioritize problem statements and solutions for the brand
  • Consumer Immersions to understand triggers, barriers and motivations; concept development and testing across key projects with the Consumer Insights team
  • Analyse market, competition and consumer behaviour to deliver insights and inputs into brand planning and development
  • Develop and manage brand experience programs from the time of placing an order to delivery; by working in conjunction with the Consumer Technology, Consumer Experience and Supply Chain teams
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across Consumer Product, Category, Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, Analytics, PR and Consumer Lifecycle
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSSkills you need to do the job:
  • A great passion for consumers and consumer experiences, with a dependable ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to form brand strategy and customer experience modules
  • Highly organized, with an ability to balance left brain (structured thinking) and right brain (creativity) together
  • Ability to consume vast amounts of data as well as qualitative analysis, identify problem statements and create actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - to interact with and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders
  • Multitasking in order to handle multiple brand projects simultaneously
  • A keen sense of ownership, agility and resourcefulness
