• Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Should have experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relation
• Good sourcing capabilities with Social media, Blogs, Forums.
• Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)
