Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTIONEmployee Relations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining harmonious relations with shop floor labors, liaison with Government Labor office and Factory Inspector. He should file all the statutory returns with the respective government authorities in prescribed time limit.Welfare measures: the candidate will be responsible to see that all welfare measure mentioned under Factories Act 1948 are provided properly and adheres to safety standards. It will be his responsibility to ensure that Security, Canteen and Transport facility is properly managed and verification and deduction of the allowance is properly integrated to the pay-roll.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Works closely with production team to ensure adequate outsourced labor are present on the production line.2. Co-ordinates effectively with all related vendors to ensure proper availability of the services.3. Co-ordinates with Production Supervisor to verify and punch the accurate attendance and overtime hours.4. Works with cross functional teams to develop and maintain Haworth safety standards.5. Sends the salary accurate input data to pay-roll vendor on time.6. Generates data and prepares monthly HR MIS.7. Will be a active member of Works Committee stipulated under Factories Act 1948 and will maintain the records of all suggestions given by committee.8. Communicates and coordinate with three sales offices on weekly basis and understands and recognizes their concerns suggestions on members safety and welfare measures.9. .keeps self updated on latest changes/enactments in Labor laws and provides the update to Head HR.10. Initiates and maintains various forums like Employee Suggestion Scheme or Employee Award Scheme.11. Upkeeps all data required towards ISO 14001 certification.12. Maintenance of all members file and records.13. Drive internal Employee Satisfaction Survey for benchmarking Haworth against other best practicing companies.RELATIONSHIPSA. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with Production Team, Distribution, Purchasing and Information Systems department members. Moderate contact with Sales, and Finance.B. External Contacts- Frequent contacts with Government Labor office, Factory Inspectors office, MIDC, Vendors for Canteen, Security and housekeeping, Transport. Moderate contacts with MPCB, Police.

Minimum Requirements

1. Post graduate degree in HR.2. A minimum of 2 years experience in field of HR in manufacturing industry.3. Self motivated and should have Good Communication skills

Qualification

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
