Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement

Your responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage social media strategy

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Define most important social media KPIs

Manage and oversee social media content

Measure the success of every social media campaign

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Attend educational conferences

Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Hire and train others in the team

Adhere to rules and regulations

Present to Senior Management

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Skill sets/Experience we require:

4-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics & graphic design principles.

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Familiarity with web design and publishing

Excellent multitasking skills

Great leadership skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Proven ability to build a social media community.

Experience as a brand manager on social media.

Understand how to measure the success of campaigns.

Pedigree:

Bachelors/Masters/MBA in Marketing or relevant field

Experience Required :

4 to 5 Years
