Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • To be an interface between Client and candidates.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Handling IT recruitment for various Domains.
  • Understanding various requirements, job specification for respective job Openings.
  • Searching profiles and screening the resumes through Job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com etc.
  • Searching profiles and screening the resumes through Social Media.
  • Following up with Clients and Candidates for Scheduling interviews as per their convenience.
  • Responding to online/offline queries from the candidates.
  • Follow-up on the joining formalities for the selected candidates.
  • Keeping track on the candidate for future reference.
  • Maintaining Weekly Monthly Database and Reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with operations team.

0 to 5 Years
