What You Will Do :

A technical software architect is responsible for the leading the definition and implementation of a software and system architectural model for a large cloud application project. The candidate should have expertise in cloud application design, cloud computing, and web technologies and must be to contribute code and fix defects if needed. Candidate should be comfortable working in a distributed team environment. Supervisory Responsibilities Does not have any direct reportsJob Responsibilities Uses Agile Scrum Methodology for software development Takes functional ownership of a set of software modules Analyzes and develops code to satisfy a software requirement Evaluates and documents the software architecture Adequately comments all code Collaborate with other architects to ensure alignment with overall architecture and product requirements Ability to refine requirements and solve problems

CPU: ARM, TI.
Good knowledge of working with Open source software packages.
Hands on knowledge on Linux USB stack - Host and gadget including OTG, Display Bringup
Hands on knowledge of all / any of the following Linux kernel areas: Audio (ALSA), Video4Linux, Power Management, Network, BSP (ARM).
OS: Linux. Proficiency in real time multi-threaded software design and development, system programming using IPC, synchronisation primitives
Programming Language: Strong in C/C++, basic shell scripting
Tools: Development and Debugging using Host - Target tool chains for embedded platforms
Positive attitude towards work (Dynamic)

Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
Strong fundamentals on Embedded product development. Preferably from Automotive or Mobile devices.
Expertise in embedded system programming either in Linux
Hands on experience in multi-threaded programming.
Proven experience in debugging and root causing embedded system issues like kernel random crash.
Good exposure on board bri ng-up, boot loaders, device driver porting.
Good exposure on serial protocols, storage devices, network protocols.
Good exposure to any of the Application processor like TI OMAP, MediaTek MTK series, Qualcomm snapdragon processors, Intel ApolloLake.
Prefer to have fundamentals of Digital Video and Graphics.
Prefer to have C & C++ programming skillsets.


What You Need :

Sound knowledge and experience of Linux System and Genivi components and systemd configurations.
Does understand how to do CPU and RAM monitoring of system & processes with configurable limits
Should have prior experience in defining Memory partitioning for IVI domains in terms of Static and Dynamic info
Strong Embedded Software background and Linux internals
Experience of Designing and Architecture for Application and Middleware Development
Design Patterns
Ability to conceptualize use cases in terms of Design realization, System architecture
Enterprise Architect Design, UML Design tools
Strong debugging skill in Embedded Systems, Bench Validation, Communication with OEM/Third party
