Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify potential markets.

  • Conduct market research for identifying potential sales.

  • Build a territory wise sales plan.

  • Build a marketing strategy - design and implement marketing policies, promotional plans,

  • Advertising through newspapers, social media, etc... to identify qualifying potential customers.

  • Generating revenue by adding new customers and upselling to existing customers.

  • Client relationship management by building smooth and professional relationships with prospects and customers

  • Identifying the requirements for product customization.

  • Visit businesses for live product demonstrations and sales presentations.

  • Reporting - prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales reports to evaluate the progress and effective completion of the assigned tasks.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Handle any inbound telephone inquiries in a polite and helpful manner.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Supporting the needs of the business as and when required.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications


  • Ability to learn quickly and understand in-depth of the business.

  • Previous experience in a sales role is essential.

  • ITES industry experience preferred.

  • Knowledge in EPOS Hardware and software is an added advantage.

  • A proactive, motivated learner who is able to work independently and manage their own diary

  • Good understanding of the sales process and key sales techniques.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good oral and written communication.

  • Desire to be successful and grow with the role.
