Job Description:

As a Marketing automation Lead you will be responsible for driving campaigns of high quality and innovation in the Email/sms and Push channels. In depth knowledge of campaign management, lifecycle marketing, channel metrics, and analytics. You will be required to understand business strategies and ability to convert them into suitable design and implementation plan.

Required Skills:

Email/Sms/Push Marketing Tools, HTML, Campaign/project management, Microsoft Office Suite.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the email marketing strategy that includes planning, email creative & content, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, delivery and reporting of metrics.
  • Analyze campaign results including the audience, offers, creative, deliverability, open rates, click through rates and conversion.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, including the ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
  • Contribute to the channel wise strategy and the hands on execution of campaigns while closely tracking and analyzing customer engagement activities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest email marketing best practices, strategies, industry standards and implement best practices to improvise campaign open rates.
  • Implemented audience segmentation strategies which helped to improve engagement rate.
  • Formulate new marketing campaigns and pilots to promote new launches to players, working with cross team resources.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing communications programs and engagement strategies by collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and habits & practices to identify potential factors affecting engagement.
  • Responsible for the creation of Marketing Specialist Training resources documents, and act as the training mentor for the communication department.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing or operations.
  • Prior experience in tools such as Oracle marketing cloud (Responsys), Clever Tap is highly desirable.
  • Mastery in building process flows for marketing automation systems
  • Prior experience with support of integrations, via APIs
  • Proactive & self-starter, Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies.
