SPECIFIC DUTIES & TASKS:
Monitoring respective program accounts.
Must define goals communicate objectives and monitor performance
Attain supervisor trainings & programs goals
Monitoring ground operations, Data & Stock management
Tracking daily operations & client s requirements
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Monitoring programs productivity and providing constructive feedback to evaluating
performance.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Help the organization s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and
efficient manner
Work with stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term
goals.
Extensive travel
