Associate Program Manager Job in Healthplix Tech

Job Description 1. Manage doctor communication and onboarding for key strategic projects 2. Align internal stakeholders and work with external partners and vendors to effectively plan and execute various growth initiatives 3. Setting up processes to achieve execution at scale for all projects 4. Monitoring of success metrics and ROI analysis to identify growth opportunities and formulate action plans 5. Coordination with teams across functions to ensure adherence to timelines and targets Requirements 1. Graduate / MBA preferably from a Tier I or Tier II college 2. 1-3 years experience in managing business programs at scale with a high sense of ownership 3. Knowledge of the Microsoft office and G Suite tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 4. Strong communications skills to understand customer requirements, identify authenticity and severity of concerns and pitch solutions 5. Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus
