Associate Program Manager Job in Leap Finance Inc

We have ambitious plans for 2021

• Expanding the product portfolio - Credit Card, International Money transfer
• Integrating and deepening the existing product -
  a. IELTS, GRE, and TOEFL Preparation
  b. Fully Virtual Counselling and Application Product
  c.Integrating financing and scholarship in one single journey for the students
• Building a community for the study abroad segment of students

Responsibilities:

• Owing TOFU after the lead collection to drive the number of counseling meetings
• Optimizing and scaling the counseling meetings done week-on-week to achieve the desired targets
• Proactively analyzing data from multiple sources and generating daily business insights
• Designing the process and customer flow for enriching customer experience
• Identify product opportunities that will bring efficiencies & scale the output of the team
• Ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure all deliverables are met in time
• Setting up the communication for the clients using multiple channels - Whatsapp, Emails, IVR
• Defining the re-engagement funnel for the cold leads

The best candidates will check all OR many of these boxes:

• 0-2 years of experience in problem-solving
• Ability to define processes and manage operations
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, marketing
• Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments
• Work experience in early-stage startups (0 ->1) or founding experience is a plus
• Bachelors or equivalent degree from premier institutes is a plus
