Customer Relationship Executive Job in Healthpole

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who s able to grasp customer needs and fulfill them satisfactorily. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a coordinator for customers, from on-boarding through the entire customer life cycle.
• Handle and Manage customer/client queries and escalations.
• Run and maintain customer retention campaigns; Follow-up and engage with customers regularly.
• Plan and make sure client feedback and requirements are catered to by the team smoothly.
• Work per customer/client care budget and maintain monthly quota as established.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of Client/Customer Relationship/Account Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, especially writing skills.
• The drive and energy to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and some CRM software.
