Overseeing the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities :

• Implementation of risk mitigation policy of the organization and initiatives to reduce the risk profile.
• Framing of sale guidelines and monitoring its implementation
• Enabling right sales through careful evaluation of customers
• Monitoring collections and pursuing overdue customers for recovery
• Coordination with legal team for recovery related litigation

Who can apply :

• Minimum Bachelors degree requirement in a finance or business related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years experience working within an accounts receivable and/or credit control environment, candidates for a Credit Controller role.
